More Than a Job: A Mission We are seeking a dedicated Operations Administrator who thrives on precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will support operational excellence and ensure that every process contributes to the reliability and efficiency of our rail systems. You’ll work alongside passionate professionals who share a commitment to safety, sustainability, and innovation. Your Role, Your Impact Process and track work requests and service tickets through completion.

Assist with preventive maintenance scheduling and compliance. Maintain records associated with inspections, repairs, warranties, lost and found process, service contracts, and facility assets. Support response activities related to facility incidents and operational disruptions. Assist the Facilities Manager as an additional point of contact for facility related concerns.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology. What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of administrative assistant experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related applications.

Experience with database management and accurate recordkeeping (SES experience a plus). Ability to collect and organize data and develop reports. Strong administrative and documentation skills. How Success Is Measured On-time delivery of operational reports and process updates. Effective collaboration and support across production and maintenance teams.
