Cook

The Salvation Army In Las Vegas is looking to fill a Cook position. The successful candidate for this position will be someone with experience or training as a line cook and have the ability to work varying hours.

The Cook will maintain the standards set by the Executive Chef. They will maintain production schedules to insure both timely service and quality of product. This position will observe and implement all approved sanitation practices. This position will oversee that deliveries from purveyors coincide with the purchase order. The Dining Room Cook will report any unsafe or unsanitary conditions in the kitchen or dining room
