What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and provide an exceptional arrival and departure experience
• Process check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other hotel departments
• Utilize hotel technology systems, guest messaging platforms, and mobile service tools
• Assist with daily reports, room status updates, and operational tasks
• Help create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in hospitality, retail, healthcare, banking, restaurants, call centers, or other customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable learning and using multiple technology platforms
• Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility
