Procurement Operations Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION Procurement Operations Associate – SSC Location: Vadodara Role Summary: Support day-to-day Procurement SSC operations, including supplier onboarding, vendor documentation, due diligence coordination, PO support, invoice checks, and stakeholder follow-ups. The role is operations-focused, with Excel and reporting as supporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier onboarding, collect and verify vendor registration documents; maintain vendor master records and updates.
• Check availability and completeness of NDAs, MSAs, SOWs and other required compliance documents; coordinate with relevant teams for gaps.
• Support purchase requisition and purchase order processing, amendments and tracking after required inputs and approvals are received.
• Perform preliminary invoice checks against PO, rates, entity, tax and billing details; coordinate discrepancies and payment-status queries with vendors, business owners and AP.
• Maintain accurate operational trackers for onboarding, POs, invoices, approvals and ageing; prepare routine Excel reports and share data.
• Maintain audit-ready records, follow procurement SOPs and approval controls, and process improvements as required. Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement operations, vendor onboarding, PO administration, invoice coordination or shared services.
• Good MS Excel skills (lookups, Pivot Tables, filters), data accuracy and working knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong documentation review, stakeholder communication, follow-up, multitasking and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to Coupa/Oracle Net. Suite or other ERP tools; vendor due diligence, procurement compliance, and multi-entity/global procurement operations. Selection Focus: Hands-on procurement operational capability is essential. MIS/dashboard preparation is a supporting requirement, not the primary focus of this role.
