As Shift Manager, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to creating a positive and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Job Description: The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations during their shift, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to handle fast-paced situations, and a commitment to delivering quality service.

Essential duties

for a Shift Managers may include, but are not limited to the following: Leads Quickserve Hospitality, LLC- Smalls Sliders quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management. Assist with creating and implementing plans that ensures flawless execution of Quickserve Hospitality, LLC- Smalls Sliders standards.

Accepts payments form guests and makes change correctly Explains menu and answer product questions for all guests. Bending, kneeling, standing and lifting (up to approximately 25 lbs. as necessary).

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age. Cheerful and Positive Attitude Loves Serving and Helping Others Dependable and reliable Enjoys and values Teamwork Prior cash handling experience. Prior experience using Microsoft products.
