Regional Mfg. Mgr.-IFP

The primary responsibility of this Charlotte, NC based position is to direct and manage manufacturing initiatives for the ProForm business, while providing support and vision to plant managers. As a key resource, you will ensure safe and productive operations while driving continuous improvement for the business. The successful individual will oversee all ProForm manufacturing sites in the following areas:

Hiring initiatives and staff turnover Safety & Compliance – Environmental, OSHA, FM Global Process & Quality Budgeting & Spending Capital Planning Strategic Growth Initiatives
