🎬 What You'll Do: Assist the Kitchen Manager in leading daily kitchen operations and running shifts Supervise, coach, and support Line Cooks and Dishwashers Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Perform opening and closing procedures and ensure smooth kitchen operations Assist with inventory counts, ordering, receiving deliveries, and waste tracking Help maintain labor and food cost controls Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Support training initiatives and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment 🎯 What We're Looking For: 1+ year of culinary management experience or equivalent leadership experience 2+ years of experience as a professional cook in a full-service restaurant High School Diploma required; culinary degree or certification preferred Food Protection Manager Certification from a nationally recognized organization Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Experience with inventory management, ordering, and kitchen operations Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
