Employment Case Manager (Disability Services) - Bronx

AHRC NYC is seeking an Employment Case Manager for their Bronx Employment Business Services (EBS) Pathway to Employment Program.

Compensation

$38,000-$42,000 per year plus a very generous and comprehensive Benefit Package which includes FREE MEDICAL INSURANCE!. See additional Benefit information below. SCHEDULE : Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (35 hours/week), with occasional evenings and weekends for recruitment events. RESPONSIBLITIES Coordinate and conduct person centered services for people enrolled in Pathway to Employment and Community Based Prevocational services Conduct individual (one-on-one) and group activities for program participants with focus on discovering and developing individual strengths related to employment skills Provide excellent customer service to participants and community partners Develop and maintain relationships with funding sources, service providers, schools, training sites, employers, participants, and families Ensure compliance with program requirements and regulations Required Associate's degree Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently when needed Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Experience instructing, coaching, or mentoring program participants Preferred Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Bilingual English/Spanish Valid NY or Tri-State driver's license in good standing Experience driving a small van Benefits FREE Medical insurance!
