Director, Group Claims & Administration

Are you a seasoned Group Benefits professional ready to own both the claims and administration functions under one roof? As Director, Group Claims & Administration, you will be the driving force behind our health and dental claims adjudication and plan administration operations. You'll recruit and develop two high-performing teams, design the workflows that underpin our client promise, and set the cultural tone that makes us the benchmark for service excellence in Canada.
