REPORTS TO: Building Service Supervisor FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt CLASSIFICATION: Personnel System – Requires satisfactory completion of a six-month probationary period PAY GRADE: 110 SAFETY SENSITIVE : No Purpose of Job The purpose of this job is to perform a variety of building maintenance duties in Unified Government buildings.
Duties and responsibilities
include, but are not limited to, cleaning and performing small repairs, assisting with maintenance of areas designated to others, and performing additional tasks as assigned. Job Related Requirements Work Schedule: Monday
