What you will do

Maintain the flow of all of the restaurant washables. Ensure that everything is cleaned properly for preparing and serving food to our guests. Keep all station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces clean and sanitized at all times. Requirements

Ability to understand and follow direction from others.; Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.; Standing for up to 8 hours at a time; Skill and coordination with kitchen utensils and equipment.; Experience cleaning, bussing, putting stock up and working in support of others
