Direct Support Professional

The Direct Support Professional provides person-directed support to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Rygiel’s inclusive living homes. Working with the Supervisor and interdisciplinary team, this role supports individual strengths, goals, daily living skills, behavioural needs, and meaningful community participation through a harm-reduction and trauma-informed approach. We are hiring for both part-time and full-time staff.
