Description Seeking culinary talent who are passionate about their craft. We offer a JUNIOR Sous Chef Training Program to familiarize an up and coming cook for a potential management position. Our group has an excellent track record for advancing our cooks to become sous chefs and chefs. Candidate must have a strong work ethic and a good understanding of food.

We change our menus often and use local produce, meat, fish and dairy. Fish, Roast, Garde Manger & Pasta stations are possibilities. Details about the program can be discussed in length during your first interview!
