The Insurance Administration position will report to the Safety Compliance Manager. The position will provide support to the Director of Insurance regarding certificates of Insurance and worker’s compensation claims.

• Request certificates of insurance from our insurance providers and issue to the certificate holders as needed.
• Ensure insurance certificate documents are stored via Docuware
• Maintain and update the General Liability & Physical Damage report for missing information and the End of Day Expired Insurance Reports and send to appropriate departments
• Support outside facilities on Enrich insurance questions & issues
• Obtain and enter all certificates for employees with car allowance and store via Docuware
• Workers Compensation claims reporting (as needed) – take information from injured workers and/or supervisors and file claims with our Third-Party Administrator or TPA
• Resolve all contingent auto claims
• Provide claimant, insurance carrier or attorney with our customers’ contact information, rental contract, lease agreement, schedule A & B and certificate of insurance
• Create files on all contingent claims and maintain a contingent accident spreadsheet.
