Contracts Manager

The Contracts Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle and administration of all types of agreements and contracts including drafting, redlining, evaluation, negotiation, compliance, and execution in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. The Contracts Manager owns, manages and leads the implementation of the company’s Contract Lifecycle Management system (Ironclad), helps develop and maintain a library of contract clauses, and collaborates closely with business partners to identify, explain, manage and escalate contractual risks and support contract negotiations.
