Job Responsibilities

Solution Design and Tender Support Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define business and technical requirements. Lead feasibility studies, solution design, and technical proposal preparation for new initiatives, system enhancements, and tender opportunities. Prepare solution scope, effort estimates, resource plans, cost estimates, and key delivery assumptions.

Software Development Project Management Lead end-to-end software development projects for transport applications, from requirements through deployment. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, deliverables, and change control. Coordinate cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

Technical Leadership, Risk and Compliance Provide technical leadership on solution design, architecture, and delivery approaches to ensure security, scalability, maintainability, and operational readiness. Promote engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, CI/CD, and Dev. Sec. Ops. Support resolution of complex technical issues and ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.

Job Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines. At least 8 years of relevant experience in software development, solution design and technology project delivery, including experience leading cross-functional project activities. Proven experience managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, vendors and stakeholders across the SDLC.

Experience in feasibility studies, solution proposals, estimation, customer workshops or tender submissions. Experience in evaluating and applying emerging technologies, including AI/Generative AI, to improve business processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Hands-on software development background in Java and SQL.

Practical knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs or web services, Kafka, Kubernetes, relational databases and Linux. Understanding of integration, security, resilience and production support.
