Technical Trainer I

Instruct and train customers and employees on current and legacy products at both Houston and remote locations. Schedule and conduct Webinars and Virtual Learning Events to support sales and distribution. Maintain training equipment and manuals. Design and develop courseware, including lesson plans, schedules, manuals, instructional materials, and testing.

Responsibilities

Assist in the maintenance of the classrooms and equipment May have both internal/external customer interface Requires a general understanding of cost structure, content, and cost awareness and containment Must have a general understanding of curriculum development Expected to make suggestions regarding process improvements Trainer needs
