The Pool Attendant is responsible for attending to guest requests at the pool area to ensure both safety and customer satisfaction. The primary duty of this role is to collaborate with colleagues to deliver the highest quality of service promptly, efficiently, and in accordance with brand standards.

Responsibilities include
