Job Description – Travel Sales Executive(Inbound Leads) Location: Kolkata (On-site) Experience: 6 months Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Travel & Tourism Job Summary We are looking for an energetic Travel Sales Executive to handle high-intent inbound leads, understand customer travel requirements, recommend suitable holiday packages, and convert inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and convert warm inbound travel leads into bookings. Understand customer preferences, budgets, and travel requirements. Recommend and customize domestic and international holiday packages. Prepare quotations covering hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and inclusions. Follow up with prospects, handle objections, and close sales.

Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals. Update lead status, sales pipeline, and activities in CRM.

Requirements

6 months of experience in Travel Sales, Holiday Package Sales, Travel Consulting, or Travel Operations. Strong knowledge of popular international and domestic destinations. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Bengali is an advantage. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM systems, quotation tools, MS Office, or Google Workspace.
