Client Computing Analyst

The Client Computing Analyst plays a critical role in executing day-to-day support of High Companies end user computing environment. The Client Computing Analyst supports information technologies and infrastructure for all High Companies business units. The Client Computing Analyst will assist in resolving technical issues related to desktop support and assist with identifying issues that need to be routed to the network, server, and cybersecurity teams.

The Analyst should have the ability to work effectively and contribute positively as a team member within a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to explain solutions to other individuals over the phone, through email/instant message, as well as in person.
