Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting HR operations, ensuring timely hiring for academic, sales, and support roles.
Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders (academic, sales, operations) Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, references, and campus drives Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Manage offer roll-out, negotiation, and onboarding process Maintain ATS/recruitment trackers and generate reports Support employee engagement, retention, and HR initiatives Requirements MBA (HR) / Any graduate 0–2 years experience in recruitment Strong communication and coordination skills Familiarity with job portals and sourcing strategies Time to hire Offer acceptance ratio Candidate quality and retention
