Office Location: 8451 Western Way, Jacksonville, FL 32256 In-office position with limited remote opportunities What You'll Be Responsible For: Maintain dashboards and update systems in accordance with the Tender of Service and BVS 2.0 Provide shipment updates and support a strong customer experience Identify and resolve issues related to documentation and shipment delays Review and process paperwork to ensure shipment accuracy Support clearing, customer service and leadership with issue resolution Assist with inbound customer calls related to delivery coordination Skills/Qualifications: Business or Transportation degree and/or 1 years' related experience preferred Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook Detail Orientated Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment Excellent communication and time management skill Working Conditions: Standard schedule of 40-hours per week, Monday through Friday Primary work performed in a professional office setting at a designated workstation or desk Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use, including typing, data entry, and screen time Frequent interaction with team members, supervisors, and/or vendors via phone, email, and in-person meetings Climate-controlled environment with standard lighting and minimal physical labor Occasional lifting of office supplies or materials (generally under 25 lbs) Must be able to maintain focus and productivity in an open or shared office space Adherence to company policies regarding professional appearance, conduct, and punctuality
