Duties and Responsibilities

Handle Daily Incoming Calls/Emails from Patients & Clinics Monitor Self Pay Accounts Monitor Credit cards on file Manage Payment Plans Patient Balance Accounts Follow-Up Prep & Send Monthly Patient Statements Update Invalid Addresses Call patients with outstanding balances Send Collection Letters Prepare & Send Accounts to Collections Weekly Patient Balance Reporting Review Patient Credits & Working Refunds Backup Patient Payment Posting Check us out at www.
