Field Service VII - Power

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will be mainly supporting technical related activities in managed service and others customer’s requirement RESPONSIBILITIES Be accountable for delivery professional and quality service which meet the customer’s expectation. Be responsible for maintenance, start-up, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing and retrofitting of company product; power or monitoring management.

Make company’s brand as customers preferred choice as trusted business partner by delivering quality and service accuracy and efficiency. Keep up to date the knowledge and application of company products and services. Continually develop and improve himself as a service professional by self-analysis, reading, benchmarking against the best in the industry and practicing.

Complete reporting documentation properly and provide to customer and local office upon. Attend customer meeting as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Engineering; Electrical or related field. Excellent knowledge in company product; power or management. Proficient in MS Office Excel Good communication skills in local and English language PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS Service excellence. Can work with a minimum supervising. Goal-oriented. Good interpersonal skill.

Self-driven and can work under pressure. Good communication skill. Detailed-oriented and trustworthy TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED 20% - 80%
