Position Overview. We are seeking a driven and professional In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners across our service territory.This is an outside sales role focused on delivering in-home consultations, presenting tailored remodeling solutions, and closing sales using industry-leading tools and technology.

Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers. Deliver engaging sales presentations using iPad-based tools. Design customized bath remodeling solutions.

Present pricing and financing options clearly and confidently. Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities. Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings. Qualifications. Previous in-home sales experience preferred. Home improvement or remodeling experience is a plus. Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.

Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities. Comfortable working independently in a commission-only role. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
