Project Manager-Air Force MEDXS

Description Project Manager Location: National Capital Region, reporting to the Government Portfolio Manager and COR at AFOMIS, Defense Health Headquarters, Falls Church, VA Clearance: Active Secret Experience: 10+ years preferred Overview. XSI is seeking a Project Manager to lead the development and sustainment of Air Force Operational Medicine (AFOMIS) Medical Expeditionary Systems (MEDXS) capabilities.

You will be XSI's primary point of contact with the Government and will run a program that spans the National Capital Region and deployed sites across multiple OCONUS Areas of Responsibility. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact to the Government Portfolio Manager and COR; attend routine meetings at DHHQ, Falls Church Lead development and sustainment of medical waivers workflow systems and enterprise medical analytics dashboards Oversee integrated IM/IT testing in physical and virtual environments Direct on-site and remote medical operations support for TMIP systems at deployed locations Plan and execute multi-node OCONUS deployments, including personnel readiness, SPOT records and Letters of Authorization (LOAs) Manage host-nation theater clearance and DOCPER requirements across multiple OCONUS AORs Manage staffing, schedule, risk and deliverables across CENTCOM and/or EUCOM operational environments Requirements Required qualifications Active Secret clearance and valid U.

S. passport (see universal requirements) Experience managing development and sustainment of medical waivers workflow systems Experience managing medical analytics dashboards in an enterprise environment Experience managing integrated IM/IT testing in physical and virtual environments Experience managing on-site and remote support for TMIP systems at deployed locations Experience managing multi-node OCONUS deployments Hands-on experience with SPOT and LOA processes Experience managing host-nation theater clearance/DOCPER across multiple OCONUS AORs Experience in CENTCOM and/or EUCOM operational environments Preferred qualifications 10 or more years of relevant experience Familiarity with AFOMIS, MEDXS/MEDEX and TMIP-J
