Job Summary

We are seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and reliable tutors to join our Ontario team. You will work one-on-one with students to support their academic success across a range of subjects, tailoring your approach to fit individual learning styles.

Key Responsibilities

Provide academic support based on expertise and alignment with the Ontario curriculum standards. Design and deliver customized tutoring sessions in a variety of subjects. Offer remedial or enrichment instruction based on each student’s needs. Assign supplemental materials to enhance understanding and retention. Maintain open communication with parents/guardians to report on student progress and goals.

Qualifications

& Skills We are looking for certified educators, subject matter experts (e.g., engineers, graduate students), and soon-to-be teachers who meet the following criteria: Energetic and enthusiastic about helping students learn and grow. Committed to providing exceptional, personalized instruction and customer service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to adapt to a wide range of learning styles and student needs. Professional, punctual, and organized.

Requirements

All applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree and meet at least one of the following: Hold a valid Ontario teaching certificate (or equivalent from another state). Currently enrolled in a teacher certification program . Have 2+ years of experience teaching in a private, public, or charter school. Have experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited Canadian or U.

S. college or university. Are a Master’s or PhD student with experience as a teaching assistant at a Canadian or U.S. university or college.
