Purchasing Agent (full-time)

The Purchasing Agent is responsible for the full procurement cycle of materials, surgical implants, consumables, and related supplies in support of hospital and clinic operations. This role manages sourcing, purchasing, order tracking, delivery coordination, and returns while ensuring compliance with Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts, local agreements, and organizational policies. The Purchasing Agent builds and maintains strong relationships with internal departments and external suppliers, supports clinical and operational teams with timely procurement, and contributes to cost management, inventory optimization, and reliable supply availability across the organization.
