Loss Prevention Specialist- FT Corporate

Job Summary

The Loss Prevention Specialist is responsible for safeguarding the company’s assets by implementing and managing strategies aimed at reducing theft, fraud, and operational errors across all business units, including retail operations, donated goods operations, and eCommerce. This role works closely with Human Resources and Safety to audit locations, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with loss prevention protocols.

The Specialist plays a key role in maintaining the organization’s profitability by mitigating preventable losses through a combination of surveillance, staff training, and process improvements. This position will assist with the implementation of loss prevention procedures to safeguard company assets, prevent and minimize theft, and reduce shortages and fraud.
