Senior Counsel

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Counsel based in the United States . The Senior Counsel will play a pivotal role in supporting the legal and commercial operations of a fast-growing, mission-driven cloud technology business.

Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, you will be an early member of the expanding legal department, helping shape its legal frameworks and contracting practices. You will oversee a broad range of commercial, procurement, technology, and vendor agreements across global operations. Working closely with procurement, information security, privacy, and business teams, you will provide practical legal guidance while balancing business priorities and risk management.
