Maintenance Technician II - Commons Park West

Salary range: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour, plus potential bonus. Holland is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, team player to join our dedicated property maintenance team at our established community, Commons Park West, in Denver, Colorado. The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to ensure all physical aspects of the property are maintained to meet company set standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
