Description Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Indy West, IN $20–$25/hour | Full-Time | Weekly Pay Not an RBT yet? We'll train and certify you. Help a child say their first word, make a friend, or get through the day more independently. At Adapt For Life, our RBTs work 1:1 with children with autism in our New Albany center, with hands-on support from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

At a Glance Pay: $20–$25/hour, paid weekly Schedule: Full-time, [Mon–Fri, e.g., 8:00 AM–5:00PM], [Opportunities available for weekend hours and higher pay!] Setting: Center-based, so no driving between client homes Raises: Guaranteed raise at 6 months, then every 6 months after that Growth: Free RBT training and certification support, plus up to $2,000/year in education assistance New to ABA?

Requirements

  1. High School diploma, preferably some college
  2. Registered Behavior Technician, or ability to be board certified within three months of hire
  3. Applied Behavior Analysis, Medicaid, Waiver and Private Insurance experience preferred
  4. Ability to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with people at all levels of the organization
  5. Strong leadership experience with great interpersonal and people skills
  6. Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills and abilities
  7. Demonstrated ability to develop programs that fit strategically with ACSS goals Physical Requirements:
  8. Must be physically able to respond appropriately at all times when working directly with a patient
  9. Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
  10. Must be able to react quickly to behavior outbursts in children and young adults
