• Lenoir, NC, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Essential duties and responsibilities White wood repair (unfinished wood) Knowledge of frame building Build and add parts as needed Common knowledge of tools (IE. Pneumatic staple gun, drill, and saw) Travel among the plants if required Other job duties as assigned Qualifications: Qualification requirements Effective communication & interpersonal skills required to build relationships across the business Must be able to follow written instructions in English, read a tape measure High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills Effective organizational, stress and time management skills Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as a team member Physical demands and abilities Prolonged periods of standing, bending, reaching, and walking Able to lift and push 50 pounds, repetitively Regularly use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel parts
