Rate $19.00 to $24.00 DOE Summary: Call Center Professionals should enjoy building great relationships and excel at recommending integrity-needed items to our valued guests over the phone. Have great time management skills and efficiency at answering multi-line phones. Job Duties: ● Answer inbound calls by the second ring ● Return emails, texts, and voicemails within the hour ● Conduct outbound calls after 9 am daily ● Schedule a minimum of 22 appointments daily ● Facilitate a minimum of 100 calls consisting of inbound and outbound daily ● Present and sell PPM products a minimum of 10 times monthly ● Complete assigned weekly outbound list ● Triage scheduling appointments for Express, Repair, Rental, and Reconditioning teams ● Confirm and correct client demographic information, including the addition of email and cellular information ● Confirm transportation for each appointment ● Present recommended products and services ● Utilize Shop. Key platform, Parts Department & Lead Technicians to create quotes ● Cross-train to cover in Shuttle & Rental Departments Qualifications: Qualifications: ● Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role ● Strong customer service orientation ● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks ● Flexible and adaptive to changing situations ● Attention to detail and accuracy ● Ability to work independently and in a team ● Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills ● Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail ● Excellent phone etiquette ● A professional and courteous disposition ● Persuasive and results-oriented ● A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred ● At least 2 years of experience in appointment scheduling ● Proficiency in MS Office Suite ● Excellent organizational and communication skills ● Knowledge of relevant scheduling software
