JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: Board Certified (APRN national specialty certification) Licenses: Active VA License Certifications: APRN national specialty certification Experience: Minimum 1 year clinical activity, Master's degree required Duties & Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a 22-bed Level 3 NICU. Attend high-risk deliveries with back-up neonatologist coverage. Manage ventilator support including jet ventilation, HFJV, and INO. Perform whole body cooling as needed. Work night shifts including weekend coverage.
