2026-2027 Maintenance - HVAC (PPMAI007)

Posting Type: Internal/External Posting Description: The Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District, an award-winning, Central Monmouth, K-8 school district with a tradition of excellence in education, is seeking to fill a Maintenance/HVAC Position with the following qualifications: Qualifications: Black Seal license preferred.

Employment terms mandate securing said license within two years of hire Verifiable valid New Jersey driver's license required New Jersey HVAC license preferred Five years verifiable experience in HVAC/mechanical maintenance and installation. Also verifiable experience in Building Automation Systems Universal EPA Transition and Recovery Certification required Electrical and/or motor control knowledge Ability to maintain hydronic pumps, valves, etc.

Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds and arial work platforms Ability to lift seventy-five (75) pounds Terms of Employment: 12

• Months Full-Time Non-Tenure Track Days/Hours: Monday
