Warehouse Team Lead

The Warehouse/Samples Team Leader is responsible for overseeing departmental activities, including order fulfillment, inventory replenishment, and shipping functions. The Samples Team Leader is responsible for managing associates on their designated shift, including training associates on standardized procedures, mentoring staff to continuously improve workforce effectiveness, monitoring productivity, assisting with the creation of training documents, communicating with warehouse leadership, participating in and promoting a strong safety culture, serving as the subject matter expert on sample process workflows, and communicating departmental needs to both leadership and cross-functional partners
