  • Birdbooro• Reading 🕐 SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY We are currently hiring candidates with a variety of availability, including full-time, part-time, and weekend availability. 7 Days On / 7 Days Off Schedule Weekends is a Must Approximately 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM Hours may vary based on program and staffing needs Overnight Schedule Approximately 8:00 PM – 9:00 AM Hours may vary based on program and staffing needs Part-Time Opportunities Weekend positions available Evening and overnight opportunities available Flexible scheduling based on programmatic needs Holiday availability may be required Open availability is encouraged! Your responsibilities

Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when necessary Supporting daily living skills and independence Helping individuals participate in community activities, appointments, and social events Providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment Following individualized support plans and goals Promoting dignity, respect, and person-centered care Who We’re Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: ✔ Compassionate ✔ Dependable ✔ Patient ✔ Team-Oriented ✔ Service-Focused ✔ Professional ✔ Positive ✔ Committed to Helping Others Qualifications Required: Must be at least 18 years of age Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License Previous experience working directly with individuals with MH diagnoses and disabilities Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written Ability to successfully complete all required training programs Ability to pass Criminal Record History Clearances, FBI clearance, Physical Examination, and Drug Screening Preferred: Experience in residential services, behavioral health, recovery-oriented care, or human services Knowledge of Trauma-Informed Care and person-centered practices Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist individuals as needed Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation APPLY TODAY Some jobs pay the bills.
