Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of eight. I studied Insurance and Risk Management in college and began my career as a State Farm team member after graduation before opening my own agency. Outside of work, I enjoy sports and spending as much time outdoors as possible. Our agency is proud to stay involved in the community by sponsoring local events, school activities, and sports teams throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for {{ account.name }}, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success.

You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
