What You'll Do

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair building systems, equipment, and appliances Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, fixtures, doors, windows, and hardware Maintain and repair kitchen equipment and air handling systems Install and work with plumbing materials including PVC, PEX, CPVC, and copper piping Utilize electrical testing equipment to diagnose and resolve electrical issues Apply general maintenance and mechanical repair practices throughout the campus Respond to work orders and accurately document completed work Help ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in compliance with applicable standards and regulations Support the overall comfort, safety, and functionality of our community What Makes You Successful Skilled Problem Solver

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years of age or older Valid Driver's License Two years of maintenance, trade, mechanical, or related experience preferred (but not required) Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance systems
