Events Manager
Job description
We’re looking for an experienced Events Specialist to help support, plan, and execute high-impact experiences across SEA – from public activations and thought leadership forums to internal engagements and partner showcases for a global company that helps to integrate technology into our everyday lives through unforgettable moments that are human, shareable, and resonate with our audiences.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning strategy into execution, owns the details, and brings creative flair to every touchpoint. You’ll manage key events end-to-end or contribute to larger-scale projects in partnership with internal teams, agencies, and vendors. You’re resourceful, organised, and deeply passionate about experience-led marketing.
About the Role
Lead, plan, execute and manage the planning and execution of high-profile events and experiences across Southeast Asia, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand standards. Own the full event lifecycle: from brief and budgeting, to vendor management, logistics, creative development, production, and post-event wrap-up.
Collaborate across B2B, B2C, and Brand teams to ensure programs deliver strategic impact and measurable results. Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and production partners to deliver seamless execution. Manage timelines, deliverables, run-of-show documentation, and action plans across multiple events concurrently.
Support large-scale initiatives by driving key workstreams such as content development, AV production, audience management, and technical logistics. Please note Due to the high volume of applications, we unfortunately can’t get back to every one of you, and only successful applicants will be contacted. When you share your details with us, we consider this as consent for us to use your data during the application process.
We may implement AI in various stages of the recruitment process, but human involvement will always remain as part of our hiring ethos. At the moment, MASH is not in a position to sponsor work visas, so you have to be eligible to legally work in the country where we’re hiring.

Confident stakeholder manager and team collaborator with strong communication skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and creative partners.
