(Junior) Customer Care Agent (M/K)

For our client, a fast-growing international organization operating across multiple markets, we are looking for Junior Customer Care Agents to join a newly developing Customer Care team. We are looking for communicative and customer-oriented individuals who enjoy working in an international environment and are comfortable supporting customers from different countries.

Key responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support to international customers; Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner; Communicate with customers through available service channels; Register and manage customer cases in the CRM system; Follow up on customer requests and ensure that issues are resolved effectively; Cooperate with the Customer Care Lead and other internal teams; Support the development of high-quality customer service standards; Prepare basic reports and work with customer-related data.

Wymagania English at B2/C1 level; Experience in working with international customers; Good knowledge of MS Excel; Experience working with CRM systems; Strong communication and customer service skills; Good problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
