1. Affluent Segment Strategy Develop and continuously refine the Affluent customer strategy Translate segmentation insights into actionable business opportunities Identify priority customer segments, life stages and value pools Define customer growth, retention and Customer Lifetime Value strategies Monitor market trends and competitor Affluent programs
2. Customer Insight & Analytics Analyze customer portfolios, behaviors and commercial performance Build customer segment business cases Identify opportunities for: Upsell/Cross-sell, Retention, Repurchase, Referral Generate actionable insights from customer and market data
3. Affluent Proposition Development Design customer value propositions (CVPs) Define offer architecture by segment Develop life-stage-based solutions Build proposition roadmap Design segment-led engagement programs across key customer journeys (e.g. Onboarding, Anniversary, Life milestones, referral, etc.) Job Requirements / Yêu cầu 5 – 7 years experience in Customer Marketing (Segmentation, Customer Growth, Loyalty) Experience in driving Affluent customer is a preference Strong analytical capability (Able to turn data into business actions) Commercial Acumen (Able to identify customer value pools and growth opportunities) Have ability to collaborate with different departments Experience in Priority Banking/ Wealth Management is a plus Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
