• Do Not Apply without These. Required Qualifications: License: Valid Class B CDL (minimum). Physicality: Ability to climb truck ladders, lift up to 60 lbs, and enter/exit the cab 50+ times a day. Safety: Must pass a DOT physical and a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen. Core Responsibilities: Drive: Safely operate a 78,000 lb. mixer truck over mountainous terrain and into tight job sites. Manage: Check concrete "slump," add admixtures, and communicate with dispatch via tablet and radio. Maintain: Perform daily safety checks and keep the truck/drum clean using water and acid mixtures. Service: Provide professional, tactful service to contractors and homeowners on-site. The Perks: Home Daily: Local routes only. Stable Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturdays as needed).
