Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a responsible and compassionate Nursing Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our community pharmacy. The successful candidate will assist with basic patient care, customer service, medication-related support under the supervision of the pharmacist, and general pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with basic patient care and take vital signs such as BP, temperature, and blood glucose. Support the pharmacist with medication dispensing, packaging, and patient guidance. Maintain accurate patient records and report concerns to the pharmacist. Assist with stock management, including arranging products and monitoring expiry dates.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming pharmacy environment.

Requirements

Minimum of Nursing Certification or equivalent healthcare-related certification Prior experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a healthcare support role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if required Physically fit to assist patients with mobility and care tasks Must have Pharmacy experience (hospital or community pharmacy exposure is an added advantage)
