Technical Writer

Job Title: Technical Writer Location: Tallahassee, FL, 32301 Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Manager/Technical Writer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating technical documentation, such as user manuals, training materials, and system documentation.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate project activities and resources Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met Create and maintain technical documentation Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information Review and edit documentation for accuracy and clarity Ensure documentation meets company standards and guidelines Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field 5+ years of Technical Writing experience 2+ Years of Project Management experience Proven experience in project management Strong writing and editing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software PMP or CAPM certified is preferred.
