SCHEDULE Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm WORK LOCATION Hybrid; primary location 714 N Senate Ave, Suite 110 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage incoming calls from patients seeking to schedule appointments and direct calls to appropriate team members as needed. Conduct outbound calls to schedule patients and provide appointment follow-up.
Process orders for CPAP and BiPAP devices for patients diagnosed with sleep apnea. Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations as required. Review sleep study documentation to ensure patients meet established criteria for services and equipment. Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate scheduling records.
Accurately gather, document, and update patient information and interactions within scheduling and database systems. Process service requests, order updates, exchanges, and related patient support activities. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve patient concerns and service issues. Communicate effectively with patients, providers, referral sources, and other healthcare partners.
Determine appropriate solutions for routine patient and customer concerns while adhering to organizational policies and guidelines. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with all applicable privacy requirements. Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude in all patient and customer interactions.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma/GED is required. Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office. Requires the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
