The Opportunity We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Day Shift to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RN & LPN Opportunities Day Shift 12-Hour Shifts Full-Time Opportunities Competitive Pay Based on Experience New Grads Welcome What You'll Do As a Day Shift RN/LPN, you will play an important role in ensuring our patients receive attentive, safe, and compassionate care throughout the day.

Provide nursing care in accordance with each patient's individualized care plan. Monitor patients and report changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within your scope of practice. Communicate important updates with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team. Support and collaborate with the nursing team to provide quality patient care.

Respond to patient needs and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment. Build meaningful relationships with the patients you serve. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

Current Tennessee RN or LPN license Strong communication and clinical judgment Ability to work effectively as part of a team Compassion for serving the geriatric population New Grads Welcome! Graduate Nurses beginning their nursing careers are encouraged to apply.
