We’re looking for a Wealth Specialist to deliver financial planning and investment solutions to our members, helping secure their financial future. The successful candidate will have a knack for making meaningful connections, delivering expert advice, and creating long-term value for our members and our organization.
What you’ll do: Grow our members wealth through holistic financial planning, investment advice, and portfolio management to members with increasingly complex financial needs Manage member relationship and investment strategies based on their unique needs Leverage technology to deliver a remarkable member experience What you’ll get: A total rewards package with health & dental benefits, a provincially regulated pension plan and health spending account Vacation time, personal days off and a paid volunteer day to maintain a healthy life/work balance A referral bonus when you scout great talent and they’re hired to join our team An established portfolio and the ability to grow your book of business through relationship management, referrals, and community connections What you’ve got: Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience Experience in providing expert financial planning advice, as well as providing quality member-centric referrals to other financial solutions experts Financial Planning Designation (QAFP, CFP or PFP), successfully completed within 24 months of commencement in the role Completion of a mutual funds course (CSC, IFIC or equivalent) and maintenance of registration eligibility So, what do you think?
