Study Activation Manager

The Study Activation Manager leads global study start-up and site activation strategy and realization for assigned Phase I–IV clinical trials. This role is accountable for driving the activation path from award through site greenlight by aligning country and site activation plans, milestone projections, start-up risks, functional dependencies, and sponsor expectations.

The Study Activation Manager serves as the central operational activation lead for assigned studies, partnering closely with Feasibility, Regulatory Affairs, Site Contracts, Site Budgets, Project Management, Clinical Operations, eTMF/Document Management and sponsor stakeholders to support timely, compliant, inspection-ready site activation.
